What you're buying
Digital files, delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what's included and what format the files are in.
Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Pocketsflow. Once payment clears you get an email with a download link, usually within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, tell us and we'll fix it.
Refunds
REVIEW — unresolved on purpose. For digital downloads the right answer depends on where your buyers are, and it must match the wording at checkout. In the UK/EU the statutory 14-day withdrawal right normally falls away only if the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing it. Decide the policy, align the checkout copy, then write this section. Leave it blank rather than guess.Using what you buy
Covered by the license. In short: use them yourself as much as you like, don't resell or redistribute them.
If something's wrong with a file
Tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. A file that won't open, is missing pages, or isn't what the page described is our problem to solve, not yours.
Limits
We make printables. We can't promise a particular result from using them, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the product.
Changes
If we change these terms, the change applies to orders placed afterwards, not to ones you've already made.
