How do I get my files?
As soon as your payment goes through you get an email with a download link, sent to the address you entered at checkout. There is also a download button on the confirmation screen if you would rather not wait for email.
The email hasn't arrived.
Check your spam folder first — that is where it usually is. If it is genuinely missing, email us with the address you used and we will send the file directly.
Can I download it again later?
Yes. The download link stays valid, and if you made an account at checkout the file also sits in your purchases permanently. If a link ever stops working, tell us and we will sort it.
What do I need to print these?
An ordinary home printer and ordinary paper. Everything is laid out for both A4 and US Letter, so you do not need to worry about which one you have.
Do I need to buy anything else to use them?
No. Files are PDFs, which open on essentially anything. There is no software to buy and nothing to sign up for.
Can I use these at school or in my classroom?
Yes — print as many copies as you need for your own classroom. What you cannot do is resell the files or share them with other teachers as files. Full details are on the license page.
Why are some products on Etsy instead?
We sell in both places. Some listings are only set up on Etsy so far; those buttons take you there. It is the same file either way.
Can I get a refund?
REVIEW — needs your decision. Refund rules for digital downloads depend on where your buyers are. In the UK and EU the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal normally falls away only if the buyer explicitly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing that right at checkout. Set the policy, make sure the checkout wording matches it, then replace this answer.Still stuck?
