Before you write
If it's about an order, include the email address you used at checkout — that's how we find you fastest. If your download hasn't arrived, it's worth checking your spam folder first; that's where it usually is.

How long we take
Usually within a day or two. We're a small studio, not a support department — if it's the weekend, it might be Monday.
