What you can do with your files

Short version: use them as much as you like yourself, don't resell them.

You can

Print as many copies as you want, for yourself and your own family
Use the prompt codes commercially — see the section below
Use them in your own classroom, and print a copy for each of your students
Keep the files forever and re-download them whenever you need to
Print at home, at work, or at a print shop

You can't

Resell the files, or sell prints made from them
Share the files with anyone else — send them a link to the shop instead
Upload them anywhere public, including file-sharing sites and shared drives
Claim the designs as your own, or use them in something you sell

Commercial use

It depends which product you bought, because the two aren't the same.

Printables and coloring pages

Personal and classroom use. Print as many copies as you like for your own family or your own students. You can't resell the files, sell prints made from them, or pass the files on.

Prompt code guides

You can use the prompt codes freely in your own projects, including commercial ones — client work, product photos, ads, whatever you're making. What you can't do is resell, share or redistribute the PDF itself. The images you generate are yours; the book isn't.

Note: these terms are taken directly from the guides included with each product, so the site and the files agree. If you change the terms in one, change them in the other.

Copyright

We keep the copyright on everything we make. Buying a file gives you a license to use it under the terms above — it doesn't transfer ownership of the artwork or the writing.

If you're not sure

Ask. Email us and describe what you want to do. We're reasonable, and we would much rather say yes to a clear question than find out afterwards.
