What we know about you
Very little. We measure how the site is used, and checkout happens somewhere else entirely.
This website
These pages are static files, and no form here sends anything to us. There is one exception to "we collect nothing", and it is the important one:
We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TNR38FH4) to load measurement tools. Those tools set cookies in your browser and send Google information about your visit — the pages you view, roughly where you are, and what device and browser you use. That is analytics data, not your name or your payment details, but it is still data about you and it goes to a third party.
REVIEW before driving traffic from the UK or EU. Analytics cookies there normally need consent before they are set, and nothing on this site asks yet — the tag fires on page load. That needs either a consent banner wired to Google's consent mode, or tags limited to what is strictly necessary. Worth settling before you spend on ads.Our host necessarily processes standard web-server information (your IP address and browser user-agent) in order to serve the page to you. We do not have access to that as an identifiable record. [Name your host and link their privacy terms.]
When you buy something
Checkout doesn't happen on this site. It's handled by Pocketsflow, who collect your email address and payment details, take the payment, and send you your files. Your card details never touch our systems — we never see them at all.
We can see the email address and order details of people who've bought from us, because that's how we deliver files and answer support questions. [Link Pocketsflow's privacy policy here.]
When you buy through Etsy
Some products link out to Etsy. If you buy there, Etsy's privacy policy applies to that purchase, not ours.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and so we have a record if you write again. We don't add you to any list for having contacted us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll do it. [Add your response timeframe and supervisory authority.]
Turning it off
Browser settings, private browsing, and most ad or tracking blockers all stop these tags loading. Nothing on this site breaks if you block them — the pages are static and the shop works exactly the same.
If this changes
If we add anything else that collects data, this page changes first and says so. We won't quietly start collecting things.
